On Saturday, March 12, AmCham arranged a VIP Tour of the Panama Canal and the Panama Canal Expansion for the Honorable Edwin Lee, Mayor of San Francisco, his Wife and a delegation of city officials. Accompanying the mayor’s delegation in addition to Board Member Dacil Acevedo and Executive Director Maurice Belanger was Mr. Jacinto Wong, Executive Vice President of Information & Technology of the Panama Canal Authority. AmCham presented a pictorial book about Panama to the Mayor and A small gift to Mrs. Lee.
