Organizational Development

Focuses on the development of leadership, management, and training within member companies. Also it holds a complimentary series of Workshops in the areas of Human Resource Management, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Effectiveness through Successful Habits, Self-Management & Innovation, as well as technical areas, including Accounting & Budget Management and Technology & Computer skills.  

The committee meets the 4th week of every month.
