Monitors and informs on significant developments in the area of US and Panamanian taxation, of both individual and corporate relevance. Alerts the membership on other related legislation of interest to businesses through periodical luncheons and forums.  Advises the Board of Directors on the formulation of policy concerning legal issues.

The committee meets the 3rd week of every month.
